Hey friend,
This week is about grace — the kind that shows up when everything's falling apart (like my worst podcast interview in two years... more on that below), and the kind that comes from finally getting an answer to a question you've been asking your body for years. Two very different stories, one very familiar theme: showing up for yourself, even when it's messy.
🎙️ On the Podcast: Jennie Garth Opens Up
I had the worst podcast interview in the last two years.
Not because of the guest — because nothing was working. Technical difficulties like crazy. But it was such a God thing, because it revealed the true nature of our guest, Jennie Garth. You guys, she is the most gracious, kind and patient person!!!! She’s best known as Kelly Taylor on Beverly Hills, 90210 but i’ve gotten to know here at QVC as a designer. We had the most honest conversation about depression, divorce, motherhood and choosing yourself after 50. She talks protecting sleep, setting boundaries and getting back into movement after surgery. She also shares the emotional weight of caring for her mother, who has Alzheimer's, and we talk about the guilt and giving yourself grace.

THIS IS HUGE!!! - A Non-Invasive Endometriosis Test Is Here
A French company called Ziwig has developed Endotest, a saliva-based test that can detect endometriosis without surgery — already backed by the UK's NICE for interim NHS funding while more data comes in.
If you've ever waited years for a doctor to take your period pain seriously….
…you know the diagnostic gold standard has always been brutal: a laparoscopy, aka actual surgery under general anesthesia, usually only after an average nine-year wait. That was me!!! They didnt know i had it until they opened me up. But now, Endotest reads microRNA patterns in a simple saliva sample and runs them through an AI model trained to recognize endometriosis's molecular fingerprint — no incision, no anesthesia, no weeks of recovery. Just a tube of spit and a lab.
Endotest came in around 96.6% accurate, correctly identifying 97.3% of women who actually had endometriosis and correctly clearing 94.1% who didn't.
The take-home: if you've been dismissed, delayed, or told your pain is "just normal," a test like this could someday shave years off the road to an actual answer.
